This course aims to help cultivate your English communication skills by exploring issues and solutions worldwide. Through research, class discussions and debates, problem-solving activities, and presentations, you will have a profound understanding and awareness of what’s happening around you and how you can participate in your actions. Sometimes, your actions can be a direct help to the community; sometimes, you won't see results from your actions immediately because you may be raising awareness or changing the culture by communication. Either way is fine. It's better to have baby steps than stand still doing nothing.

There were many opportunities to talk to classmates by using English, so I could improve my speaking skills and gained confidence. I also enjoyed doing big group project.

I could get experience of doing something I didn't do usually or before entering university. It was a little hard until starting what I didn't do, but when I tried, I felt something new and fresh. I want to try more and make my life richer.
